Most of our nannies has experience for more than 10 years, and the least is 5 years. They know children world so well but here we continually refresh their knowledge by giving training in early childhood education and going through same service commitment from certified trainer. All of our nanny able to swim and certified in CPR training. We are a group of people that we called family, know each other personally, owning clearance report from Police and have the same goals to provide best quality service for your family. We believe in “Karma” and loves to pay it forward.

We are local agent that furnished with international culture but we keep our local superb hospitality to serve you with Bali / Indonesia authenticity. Your family interacts with skillful and trustworthy nanny that speak English well so you may explore our culture through her too! Embrace the experience and we believe you will come back for more.

Our booking time is from 3 months – 24 hours before the service. If you want your preference nanny to work with you, we encourage you to book early as we need to ensure every nanny has their schedule. Booking and blocking your preference nanny from 3 – 1 months before may require small amount of deposit.

We will give you few nannies profile that we know the best for your family, you may choose one that you prefer or ask for the interview should you need more information related to nannies. The chosen nanny will be giving all the information that you provided earlier about your children to ensure she is familiar with your children routine, food allergies if any, their favorite toys and activities, the do’s and don’ts thing to support your children happiness. For keeping both side happy, what paperwork I will received?

Ensuring everyone in the same page, we will send you email confirmation related your booking. We will provide you our administration and our nanny phone number so you may contact us anytime.

Yes, we do. You may provide us different times in days that you book our nanny, based on both side agreements. You need to meet the minimum hours of works otherwise you may let nanny early and pay the minimum hours

You need to pay the full amount of service & transport fee to the nanny directly by cash at the end of their daily service (Refer to booking pages). Should you want optional payment you may contact our admin directly.  

We have limited nanny that has this experience and it will be best if you block their schedule by making early booking.

They will focus on their duty related to your children welfare. Our nannies will come with some fun activities (free of charge) to keep them busy and happy in this holiday. They will more than happy to assist you children in the beach, pool or any kid’s activities venue such as kids club, zoo, theme park etc. They fed, bathed and put your children in yours recommend hour. Tell them every details that you want us to follow to ensure your children comfortability.

This was never happened to us before, but based our internal procedure we will ask your difficulty with current nanny and inform you the best matching nanny as soon as we able to find the more suitable nanny for you. If your booking involved deposit, we will return your balance deposit after 2x replacement.

It’s not mandatory to tips the nanny, but if you feel happy and wants to give more its something they would appreciate. Surely, we do not base our high quality service based on tips but the passion to make your wonderful holiday worth to be told in upcoming years.

We have our policy we will not put children bare face commercially; we appreciate our client’s privacies. Though probably it’s harder to believe in our quality of service, we do not have any issue to provide you email or phone number of our happy client that based on your own country.
